Before you begin, you’ll need:
- Your policy number (or your phone number if you don’t have your policy number handy)
- As many details as possible regarding the incident
- A police or fire department report (if one was made)

Option 2 – Call your Insurance Company’s Claims Department
Your Insurance Company will guide you through the claims process, serving as your initial contact, although, they may request you to reach out to your ZAG Insurance broker beforehand. In any case, we’re here to provide support.
